COLLATERAL - Collateral

I don't know the reason why, but I have a real sympathy for those guys playin' with heart this nice Hard Bluesy Country Groovy Southern Rock n' Roll music. A good melting pot of nice influences (mainly but not only BON JOVI !).
Their music isn't original ; it deals about life, daily and simple life. As written previously, it's composed and performed with heart and that means and matters a lot for me. All songs are, in my case, addictive and great. Especially the final track About This Boy. I can play all those titles again and again with such pleasure!
In addition, I've to admit I feel glad they are british 'cause it's more or less a good come back for Rock to its roots. I currently feel a little bit annoyed by swedish formula in general. British Hard Rock has been lost in space for years now, forgotten by some Hard Rock lovers who are now more used to say "alléluia" to Sweden than UK. Both nations are great when it's about Rock!
Furthermore, I love the artwork. Sober picture but it's a good call to ride a horse (or modern horse - a bike - or a car) on desert roads, listening this wonderful and unexpected album.

My first 2020 disc.

Has I already told you I'm in love of this release ? ^.^
